1. Who can order

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, and give a real delivery address in the United States.

2. Products, prices and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies. We can change prices at any time before you order. The photographs show the real products, but everything is made by hand: colour, marbling and scent strength vary a little from one batch to the next, and that variation is part of what you are buying.

Batches are small, so quantities are limited. Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a finished contract — we accept it when we send you the shipping confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.

3. These are cosmetics

Our products are cosmetics for external use on skin and hair. They are not medicines. Nothing on this site — product pages, blog posts, emails or replies from us — is medical advice, and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Read the ingredient list before you use a product and patch-test a small area first, especially if your skin is sensitive or you have a known allergy. Stop using a product if your skin reacts, and take anything that worries you to a doctor or a dermatologist. Keep out of the eyes. Keep out of reach of children.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds: all sales are final

All sales are final. Our products are cosmetics for personal care. For hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges and we do not offer refunds, whether the product has been opened or not.

The only exception is an order that arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete: write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace the item, or refund that item if we cannot replace it.

Our Shipping policy and our Refund policy are part of these terms.

5. Your account and your data

Keeping your account details to yourself is your side of the deal. What we do with personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. What is on this site

The name Lindo Despertar Namaste, the logo, the photographs and the texts belong to us. Link to them freely. Do not copy them to sell something, and do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.

7. Reviews and anything you send us

A review, a photo or a comment stays yours, but sending it gives us permission to publish it on this site and on our social accounts next to your first name. We can take down anything abusive, false or off-topic.

8. What we answer for

We stand behind what we make: if a product arrives damaged, wrong or not as described, we replace it or refund it. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here takes away rights you have under Florida or U.S. federal consumer law.

9. Changes

We can update this page. The version that applies to your order is the one published the day you ordered.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
