Who makes Lindo Despertar Namaste products?
Every soap, cream and scalp serum is formulated and made by hand by founder Dayneris Martínez Llera in her workshop in O'Brien, Florida. She made cosmetics for her family for years before starting the brand. The company is Lindo Despertar Namaste LLC.
Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We ship with USPS to all 50 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, US territories and APO/FPO addresses. Orders leave the workshop in 2–3 business days and usually arrive 3–5 business days later. Shipping is free on orders of $140 or more.
Can I return a product?
Because these are personal-care cosmetics, all sales are final and we can't accept returns of opened or unopened products. If your order arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete, email support@ldnamaste.com within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace or refund that item.
Which routine is right for my skin?
Oily skin: the Balancing line with niacinamide. Dry or sensitive skin: the chamomile line with aloe and shea. Uneven-looking tone: the turmeric line with niacinamide, alpha-arbutin and kojic acid, always with daily sunscreen. Dry, rough heels: the urea foot set. Oily scalp: the Balancing Shampoo. Not sure? Are your products natural?
They are made with botanical ingredients such as chamomile, turmeric, aloe, shea butter, sweet almond oil and Spanish moss extract, together with well-known cosmetic ingredients like niacinamide, urea and hyaluronic acid. Every product page lists the full INCI ingredient list.
Why does my bar look different from the last one?
Each batch is made by hand in small amounts, so colour, marbling and the strength of a natural scent can vary slightly. That is normal in a handmade product and does not change how you use it.
Does the Day & Night Hair Ritual help with hair loss?
No. It is a cosmetic scalp-care ritual that helps hair look healthier and fuller and leaves the scalp feeling fresh. It is not a hair-loss treatment. If you are losing hair or notice changes on your scalp, please see a dermatologist.
Should I do a patch test?
Yes. Try any new product on a small area for 24 hours before regular use and stop if irritation appears. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor before using the scalp serums.
Do you have a discount for buying more than one?
Yes. On most product pages you can choose 2 or 3 units and the price per unit goes down; the discount is shown on the page. Orders of $140 or more also ship free.
